How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Rollswage Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Rollswage Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, start by talking to the provider. Keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Rollswage Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@rollswage.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you used or the form you sent, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
